Look like rebranded ferris, wouldn't be afraid of them. As with anything else there will be light and heavy models, just compare specs. Looks like the cobalt is the same as my ferris IS2100Z which is interesting as ferris replaced that model with the 2200 2 years ago. That model was the commercial standard for townships and municipalities around here for years.
