For my well being I eat a bag of salad and a hard boiled egg at noon.  Just seems to be the thing for my digestion.  I've been doing it for a couple of years and while it's not my favorite thing, it's working.

When I started a bag of salad was a little over a dollar and eggs were, I think, below or around a dollar a dozen.  Now at Aldi's the salad bag is $2.30 and eggs are around $2.30 a dozen.

I have to question whether I'm worth that much annually.  I mean, lots of days I eat oatmeal for breakfast and then there's the evening supper that often is roast beef or hamburger or some sort of pork. 

Food is getting to be as expensive as electricity or LP for us.

I'm just observing life today, it is what it is.
