NEND

Nice CAD work, kudos to your son. The teeth are hard measure. With the repeating features, it would take less time than a person thinks, once you get one feature drawn, the program can do a radial copy, you just tell it how many. I’m almost tempted to draw it up just to see if I can do it, I enjoy drawing with CAD. First dipped my toes in it about 35 years ago. I hope the plates hold up well for you. Did you make special ejector wheels also? After borrowing a friends 3D printer for a few weeks the last couple of winters, I decide they were getting inexpensive enough to buy one. I didn’t want to have an expensive one sitting around doing nothing, but bought a Bambu Lab A1 with the AMS for $560. I really like the AMS with 4 spools ready to go.
