Mid-Michigan | Because it's one blade being pulled at an angle. That blade is made to cut and move a little dirt and make a slot where the boot is dropping the seed, the seed tab on top of the see, the firming wheel riding precisely in the center of the slot then the closing wheel caving the trench in. If you want to put them on backwards, go ahead.
