Feed it all here. Used to make it as dry hay when we had 80 head of dairy cattle (and a little help). Last few years most of hay crop acres is chopped for silage. Much more convenient for me, by myself, to get it harvested and stored in timely fashion with the very time limited hay-making weather periods as they seem to be anymore. I feed the hay silage to the few dairy cows I still have along with about 30 head of beef cattle. Easy to feed it out of the silo and they eat every morsel of it.
