2019 was the last year of cropping for me. 2020 I rented all my land to a local dairy. The first year I missed it a little, now it doesn't bother me at all.
It was time for me, neither of my kids were interested in keeping the operation going, they have other career choices and are doing well. I'm trying to catch up on all the things that I couldn't get away to do when I was tied down with the cows.
