I have read and heard of beef tasting differently as to what feed, etc is used BUT never heard such about bacon. Are there any things that affect the taste of bacon ?? Thanks for replies
Was told that a hog feed on apple waste made for great taste - - - he didn't talk about the bacon but I'd bet that it could be influenced that way. |
