Corn standability and iron chlrosis were biggest problems when I started farming in 1964, they have improve corn standability slightly with genetic and fungiscide. They claim iron chlorsis improvement with genetic and snake oil, but a tall green bean without many pods on it is not an improvement. I have started to double space the tile in those areas, hard to tell but I think it helps.
