mascoutah, IL | Was just listening to one of the local forecasters here and he was saying we will stay wet till end of May. We were too dry a month ago and now too wet. Have 2 inches coming tomorrow. Just east of me is calling for 4-6. We have 9 days of rain in the 14 day forecast. Funny how fast things can change. Seems like we’re always planting late May to early June here most years. Wish I could share it with you guys that are dry. Honestly a month ago I thought I would be at least half done planting by now.
