Southern MN
I still remember winter of 90/91 wondering if we would get enough moisture to get a crop the coming spring. Most of us know how that worked out. Being south of you most of those storms passed over us as they moved east. Although we are not overly wet yet probably the most moisture in the upper soil profile since spring of 20. I know I am dumber than what I thought I was about weather and lack of rainfall after the past 3 years, but for our area believe I would rather have 3 or even 2 decent rain events in July and August than have normal moisture in April and May.
