South Central MN | You could find the E-15/88 year round before but the sticker would change with the seasons due to really stupid government regulations.
Most stations here only carry E-10, the one I fill up at the most used to carry E-85 but they got rid of that a few years ago and not sure what the reason was. (Probably had too much water leaking into the underground storage tank which wouldn't surprise me.) Have to drive a bit to find ones with E-15/85, and E-30 is even harder to find.
One vehicle I own is fully E-85 capable, second one is probably as well but due to auto maker engineering decisions it has a black fuel cap instead of yellow and no mention of being able to run E-85. (Engine is identical to the first one just a few years older, and that engine model was designed as E-85 capable.) The rest I would gladly run 15-30% in. | |
