Milford, IL | What Linux distro are you running? I recently shifted gears from W7 to Linux Mint and found the transition to be very easy (dual boot for legacy software on W7, Mint is primary boot order). I have not tried any other distributions, maybe something better than Mint?
My only complaint is the file picker application (online file uploads in Firefox) is inferior to windows 7, I have not found a way to get thumbnails to appear with the file picker. Switching back to file folder to memorize photo groups disrupts work flow. | |
