It's really something how often a teacher will make some disparaging comment about a trade/profession and the little hellion youth ends up with a larger net worth by the time they are 30 than the teacher will in a whole lifetime. I'm not crapping on all teachers by saying this, just pointing out that some need to watch what they say a little more.
I should also note the teacher making that comment is often one teaching something that isn't ever used out of the classroom!
