I had a yellow Lab that quit eating. I took him to the vets he couldn't find anything wrong with him. He told to get some liverwurst if he wouldn't eat that to bring him back and he would run more tests. He really went for it. It took about a week feeding him that until he got back eating normal again. It might be a try with your dog.
