| Intel is rated an "F" by Charles Schwab currently, with dismal earnings and high P/E, and low dividends.
Meanwhile, the US Government has given Intel a huge grant, plus loans, to expand chip making here domestically.
I started buying it this week, and will establish a position in it for a year to two years. Modest goal is to buy under $40 a share and sell when it passes $50.
