One option is to contact a commercial door hardware company and have a frame welded up. The height of your masonry opening is no problem, as long as the head is level. A 6' 8" door works perfectly with a 4" head on the frame. This is a standard size. The width of your masonry opening is a little wider than desired, but will work. Steel jambs are typically 2" wide. You can use a 3' 6" door which has a frame size of 3' 10". You just have to shim about 1/2" on either side when you bolt the frame in. So, there really is nothing special about the frame or door as far as sizing. You will have to work with the hardware company as far as what style and quantity of locksets you want if you want multiple locks. I have installed hundreds of welded steel frames and doors in my previous life.
