If your grain is really on a "Deffered/delayed pricing" contract, you don't own it anymore. You own an "IOU" from whoever you delivered the grain to and the grain is most likely long gone.
If they go broke, you're out of luck.
Now, if you never signed a contract I can't tell you how that would work out for you but you probably don't want to find out.
