Update, when I got to the shop this morning airbags and tanks were still full. I found the governor, it was mounted above compressor with about a 12 inch line to it, the fitting where the line plugged into it had a very slight leak, replaced the line and now it runs between 8-9 minutes before it cycles so assuming that’s about as good as it will get? Thanks for the suggestions.
