I’ve done this for the 3-pt hitch versions (7100/7300). The drive shafts on the 7200/7300 are larger in diameter. I swapped them out along with all the sprockets at each planter unit. I also switched to the 7200/7300 drive wheels (heavier chain = different sprocket). I suspect you could make an adapter between the 7000 drive shaft and the drive input on the 7200 transmission and keep everything downstream the same.
