Hi Ty;

Could you add a 4" piece of round PVC, with a vertical cut/slit , that would fit vertically, onto the Black air bag bracket = it would "push the chain" over so the upper drive chain would be "more inline" with the sprocket that "pulls the chain". Yes, it would be a wear item, but a Zip-tie or two, might hold it onto that black bracket.

I was thinking about maybe using 3/4" to 1" round PVC pipe. Maybe 4" tall, with a vertical slit, just big  enough to fit over Black air bag bracket= upper chain should always push it onto the black bracket during operation.



 Another NAT member, mentioned once, to grind a "side taper", onto the 19 tooth drive sprocket's teeth (on hex shaft), so chain didn't have a sharp/square top edge, that tends to grab the side link and then let it ride "up and over" the sprocket tooth (which derails the chain)
