NE Iowa | I would not say first raise in 18 years. There were cost of living raises built into almost every contract, my paycheck sure improved under them, and there were a number of different years along the way salaried employees had wage freezes. I was there as both wage and salary in the last 18yrs, glad to be somewhere else now. If I had stayed wage I would have been better than going salary.
