BASF makes a couple of stainless filaments that can be FDM printed then sent out for laser sintering. Kinda pricey but the latest version can be heat treated as well.

There’s some restrictions on overhangs though that would need to be worked through. Also need to upscale each axis for the correct final dimensions.

Can also 3D print a key and do lost cast process using the print as the mold.
