My HS son was offered a small piece of land on shares. We have worked out the details, but the landlord asked us to draw up the lease. All of my rental agreements are cash, so I was wondering what is out there for a template? I found a couple online, but am not terribly impressed with them. I'm sure someone has something saved somewhere that can help us out. Thanks
