I only took it probably 3 weeks when I had COVID, since then I never take it more than 3or4 times when I have symptoms and mostly I only take it one or two times for symptoms maybe once a month [Like around 2am this morning I workup coughing and I got up and took 10 or 12 droops in water and cough was gone and I felt fine right away,] and mostly I only take it 1 or 2 times for symptoms maybe once every 6 weeks during cold weather in mi archie
