Illinois | The banker in me forced me to search their UCC filings and they have plenty of them all claiming the same assets at least three lenders claiming blanket liens on all of their assets No local lenders one from Illinois one from Alabama and the last one was FBN. Have no idea on the real estate Debt but I bet there are multiple lenders there too. Steve McBee has never ever listen to any banker ever. Their bankruptcy filling will be a sight to see. | |
