NS Canada | This line leaves a barn and comes up thru concrete to a tap 80ft away. Little different scenario than you are describing.
I'm pretty sure a failed pressure tank holds water fine at the air valve pretty much indefinitely, but google doesn't show much info for if a schrader will survive long term when exposed to constant water. I'd like to be able to turn off the line, open tap and just hit it with some compressed air, rather this disassembling the pipe each year to blow it out. It could be a 15 second job vs 15min.
Should be no different than loaded tractor tires I supposed.
