We had a concrete silo with continuous doors like that. I made plywood doors with the overlap as mentioned in another post. Then I put hinges on them so we wouldn't have to move them. They would all be open when the silo was empty, but you just had to climb up the chute closing them as you went up. But at least we didn't have to man-handle them.
