| First check your NTPIP settings: In Lefebure app settings. Change Receiver Connection to None (NTRIP Testing Mode) and turn in the NTRIP settins the Reported Location to Manual, Use android gps or Android location manager.
If you can now connect to the caster and it starts streaming data you are OK. If not check your NTRIP settings...
After that that you can start to find out the problems between receiver and dongle. Your wiring seems right 6 & 8 plus 5 for signal gnd.
A common problem is that 6 & 8 (RX & TX) are wrong ways. Some dongles like a LM048 have a switch to turn them around. Parani does not have that.
Other broblems might be: dongle flow control is not set to NONE.
And baud rate on the dongle and the receiver must be the same.
