SW OH | My wife and I don't like the vacuum sealed plastic, prefer paper. Our last 3 animals were in vacuum plastic. When they brought the meat out, they took 1 in 10 packages back inside to reseal them. I blame that mostly on poor employee training. All the meat gets thawed in the sink or in a pan in the fridge. They all leak when thawed. The plastic is hard to get off, making a mess of the juice. Our old butcher shop has been revived by a nephew. 2 appointments in June. It will be wrapped in paper.
