A few mentioned already that are great.  Guess I listen to a pretty broad spectrum of stuff.   Jordan Petersen and Lex Fridman have some guests that don't much interest me, but some that are fascinating.    Mike Baker's PDB is a really well done snapshot of daily current events that only takes a few minutes, retired CIA dude.  Dan Carlin has some serious deep dives into history, some of those are pretty dark and long commitments though.

For military, naval, aviation, industrial, random other topic history nerds:

History That Doesn't Suck (US history from colonial times through, at this point, about the end of WW1)

History Unplugged (Wide range, interviews with authors writing about things from ancient through 20th century events)

Warriors In Their Own Words

Aircrew Interview

Ten Percent True (Find a Starbaby episode, you'll be hooked)

Unauthorized History of the Pacific War

Cold War Conversations

Fighter Pilot Podcast
