se Neb | Really???? You go to all that trouble to remove a sticker from your windshield?? When I need to remove something like a state park sticker, I just use my fingernail to lift a corner and gently pull it off. The secret is in how you apply the sticker. Peel about 1/2 of the backing loose, smear a dab of Dielectric grease on the exposed 1/2, pull the rest of the backing off and repeat the dab of grease. Make sure the grease covers ALL of the stickum. It looks just like it is stuck on but removes easily. Oh, and the dielectric grease doesn't melt from the sun. Use a Kleenex to buff away the extra grease that might squeeze out. | |
