Are you referencing the record heat index seen in Rio or actual record temps somewhere else? That was driven by dew points not temp. Much like was seen in IA last year.
Also Rio is a long long way from the primary growing areas in Brazil. It’s about 1000 miles from Rio to Matto Grasso.
