| Back in 2012 when we had the big May snowstorm, 18 inches in some places.
The corn planted BEFORE the snow yielded much better. Many were thinking cold shock to the seed. It didnt and the corn turned out better.
Those who waited after the snow (MOST EVERYONE) didnt get the crop planted, or mudded it in, and it was late and mudded in, didnt do as well.
Now this is March 18 not MAY 18 so big difference. | |
