Using it for a month now.
i am happy with the results, Aches and pains are less feel more like moving.
right shoulder was bothering a lot do not hardly notice it any more, Only thing I take at age 70
My wife quit taking at at about 2 weeks she did not think it help but she is recovering from 2 knee replacements last year
