southern MN | Can’t remember who it came from, but I got a similar letter a few weeks ago. Think it was around $22k for a 20 acre parcel. Such a deal. Told the wife they might get 2 acres for that….
Funny thing is they picked that particular parcel by random. It is the only parcel I own that is entirely land locked, no road access. Would need an easement across an entire 80 to get to it. I thought that made the offer extra special.
