West Central IA | It isn't about the currency or the US dollar. It is the fact that Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa will trade with their own money whatever it is and they will not use our dollars. Is that so hard to see happening on the world stage? The Russians were kicked out of SWIFT so what choice did they have to trade? They are getting on with getting on and we are devaluing our dollars daily. Think about this, the Fed wants to hold inflation at 2.00%. How much have they lowered the value of the dollar over the last 50 years? I have seen where a dollar is worth less than .10 cents as it was in 1971. How is that for inflation? Where does the Fed go from here with Congress burning money to keep warm. | |
