I didn't watch the oscars but have read that Jimmy kimmel carried on about Robert Downeys drug use from 20 some years ago.It reminded me of a relative that got drunk and wrecked his car when he was 18 but has not drank since and has a life that is far above average,,,yet his aunts act like he is scum of the earth. All things considered he is the most well rounded of his family but something that happened once decades ago is how they identify him.

There was an article that a ninety year old man divorced his wife because someone let it slip that she fooled around while he was in Korea. If you found out your wife had a fling 30-50 years ago would divorce be automatic?

Depends on who she was fooling around with.

RDJ still brings up his drug use from 40 years ago himself. I don’t think the topic is off limits for him. And if he had a problem with it he could’ve walked up there a slapped Kimmel, which I would’ve thoroughly enjoyed seeing. I’m not a fan of Downey Jr. but I commend him on getting cleaned up and the help he provides with getting others clean. I’m not a fan of Kimmel either, I don’t find him funny.

Are you sure that guy’s aunts think he’s the scum of the earth based solely on a drunken car wreck when he was 18? Or is that just the low hanging fruit and they just don’t like the guy?
