It's Saturday.

I have carbide inserts in a planer.  One came loose and gouged a board.  Checking I found others were also loose.

I have forgotten the torque settings for the screws that hold these and at 11:19 AM this morning I emailed the company and asked.  At 11:48 AM this morning I received an answer. (45 inch pounds)

Wow is all I can say.  I didn't expect any answer until Monday.  That company has been good for me and to me.

Highly recommended.  (I believe they are Canadian)
