Subject: RE: Value of Morton building

Western Oregon
I have torn down 10 buildings about that size, some way back, were nails. I rebuilt with screws in the metal. Used a big nipper to cut the nail heads. I would rather tear down a stud building with trusses, than a pole building. I didn't pay over a thousand, ever. Pole building I either put in new posts or turned them upside down. I have rebuilt hay barns into a shop or cold storage. Longer poles to raise and build out the lean-to's to make doors as high as the main building. Always worth it for me. One after 40 years removed tin and nailing strips as they had rotted, one at a time, installed new tin, old was corrugated and rusted bad. 40'x60' with 2-12' leanto's....James
