What percentage do you typically figure you take home from the locker? We typically figure about 60% of hanging weight. We just got a calf back and it only has done right at 45% one half, 290 lbs did 131 lbs but that was a all good quarter, quarter on the opposite yielded the same 45% but it had a broken leg on the rear quarter, 145 lb hanging did 66 lbs. Are we getting screwed?
