Coon Rapids,Iowa | Since I have been an auctioneer for almost 50 years, I have experienced a lot of changes.
We have been doing both online and live auctions for the past few years.
What we do at our auctions is sell the smaller items such as shop equipment,tools etc. for a maybe an hour or two and then switch to the internet auction after that. We try to get most of the smaller items sold before the online auction. But if we don’t, then we continue after the online items have sold. The reason being is because our customers know when the bigger items will be sold and they don’t have to wait around until the smaller items are sold.
We have been having excellent feedback from this and has made great customer relationships.
We do our best to be transparent with our customers and to be honest with them.
We are not a huge auction company, but we pride ourselves with knowing the local people and relying their trust in us. | |
