What does it matter what kind of vehicle was stalled on the bridge? If people would quit driving like idiots it wouldn't be a problem. I passed a big rig the other day on the way to work that was weaving like a drunk driver and when I got next to him he had his cell phone sitting on his steering wheel staring at it going down the road. He didn't even know I was next to him.
