SE Iowa | I am just not confident in my abilities. Installed 23 sure stop clutches on this Kinze 3605. Smooth going for the most part since it’s all predrilled. Few issues or questions.
1. Push rows the tensioner is pulled to one side with the spring. Seems like the chain would be riding that tensioner to the side wearing awkwardly. Is this normal or did I not install it correct?
2. Where do the planter monitor module plug into the seed tube sensors? I can not find the plug which I feel is important in mounting the clutch and planter modules nearby. Leads me to my next question
3. Where do you mount the modules on the planter? Instructions have zero details on that.
4. What do you do with all this slack in the clutch harnesses between rows 3-4 and 10-11?
I have more questions but those are the most pressing. Probably shouldn’t be a Dutchman and try to do it myself but I also want to understand what I’m adding.
