Steffes Motors in Council Bluffs, Iowa will occasionally get something in. I bought an 06 4x4 Work Truck from them a couple years ago. It was out of Texas, so no rust. It had 80000 on it. The biggest problem with a truck in that configuration with low miles in the northern climate is it has probably had a plow on it.
