I don't know the right answer, but I don't worry too much with heavier stuff like potash if I'm not having trouble keeping my hat on my head. Lighter stuff, I might worry some and shut down if in doubt.

I'm in Southwest Georgia, so we don't get that much wind compared to a lot of y'all.

Ain't no way I'd just arbitrarily tighten up my pattern by 20' like was suggested. There's a lot more to a good pattern than just driving close enough to the last swath.
