H3f - 3/1/2024 00:16 I appreciate your farm library and especially your ability to pull out the right magazine at the right moment! Do you remember the writer who wrote on farm economics at that time? Not sure if he would have had a major role in that cover, but I do remember later on I thought he had some pretty good insights. At the time I was more production oriented, unfortunately.


Yes, John Marten.  Sorry I'm a little late replying to this, but here are some inside pages from that cover.    For a glimpse of how bad the "experts" miss too- corn exports for the 1985-86 season: 1.241 BB.
