Sounds like pregnancy toxemia, she just hasn’t gotten enough nutrients to keep ahead of what the lambs are taking. Which is fairly common for someone carrying triplets or quads in a flock that isn’t used to feeding them.
She needs calories. Grain, but more immediately she needs glucose. But being down that long she’s a real long shot
