mn | Yes there are many dry, subpar moisture areas all over yet. No one can predict the weather going forward. Can always side dress if it looks like moisture is plentiful, if the pre plant was cut back. I'm actually contemplating no fertilizer on bean ground this year again. Did that a few years back when fertilizer was high priced and was satisfied with the results. With just the so so average corn yield last year, and lack of moisture, I'm not concerned about potash and phos being gone, even in our light soil. Should be good for beans. Another reason for rotation. | |
