Subject: RE: In furrow Fertilizer

On of the tests we are currently running is using manure (dairy and deep pit hog) as a starter. preliminary results show that at 5 and 10 gallons an acre, the seed comes out of the ground faster and there does not seem to be a risk of burn. the manure is filtered of course so it doesn't plug stuff. Currently planning to plant more corn seed today in the shop (heated to 65 degrees) adding 5 and 10 gallons of dairy and hog manure with an addition of humas.
