NW TX Panhandle
Here's a description sheet from Albrough for Flumioxazin 51%.

Flumioxazin 51WDG Selectâ„¢ is a pre- and early postemergence herbicide for use in and around ornamental woody shrubs, deciduous trees and conifers grown outdoors in containers or in the field (in ground), to maintain bare ground non-crop areas. It can also be applied to labeled dormant warm-season turf types for pre-and early postemergence control of labeled weeds. Tank mixing with other pre- and postemergence herbicides may provide broader spectrum weed control.

The key will be using it pre applied while everything is either dormant or not yet having seeds germinated, & then getting it incorporated soon with a decent rain.. Adding some 2,4D & dicamba, if possible, to get some of these early kochia & mustards that have recently started emerging worth considering as well. Good luck.
